Staff are amazing and friendly very clean

If you're looking for a climate controlled solution for storage, look no further! The storage facility is super secure and has a ton of carts to make it easy to get things moved in and out. The prices are great and the location right off of central parkway and the highway make it easy to access.

This storage facility is top notch! I was over impressed with the cleanliness and the standard of maintenance that's executed with operations of this building. In addition, Melissa adds a special touch of customer service!! On our day of unloading she greeted us with a cooler of cold drinks, snacks and hand sanitizers. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS FACILTIY!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this storage facility. The day I moved my stuff in, I had 5 movers…there was cold water for everyone, hand sanitizer & extra masks. Exceptional staff, beyond accommodating! The place is immaculate, super secure, clean bathrooms & the temperature is always ideal. There’s always plenty of dollies available, whatever you need there is always someone there to make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend, if if you’re looking for a storage facility, you will not be disappointed! 10 stars✨

The people at Cincinnati Mini Storage have been great to work with during a time when I needed clean, safe, affordable storage. The location is right off I-75 near downtown, Clifton , UC and Cincinnati State. The building is new with lots of nice clean storage units and the owners are helpful, conscientious and very nice people.
